What is MP3?
The Management Preparation Program for Plano (MP3) is a one year training program that provides selected candidates the opportunity to develop skills necessary for executive positions.
How can I qualify as an applicant to the program?
Applicants must be a graduate of one of the following programs: Leadership in the 21st Century (L-21), Manager's Roundtable (MRT), High Performance Leadership (HPL), or High Performance Teams (HPT).
Each June, potential applicants will receive an email notifying them of dates for upcoming MP3 informational meetings. These meetings are hosted by Dr. Picchioni, MP3 Director, and MP3 alumni.
If you have graduated from one of the prerequisite programs and are interested in applying for MP3, application information will be emailed to you by mid-July. If you did not receive an email, please contact Debbie Speed at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kathy Healy at email@example.com
