You should still call the Service Desk at 972-941-5306 or email support@plano.gov with questions. To help respond to the increased call volume, the Library Technical Services staff who specialize in fielding technology related calls from the public will assist the TS Service Desk Team. The service desk link will ask callers to identify whether the help is needed with working remotely using a personal computer or a City Issued Computer. The Library will field calls regarding personal device connections, allowing TS to dedicate their resources to City equipment.
