Incentive Brands

The City has awarded a contract to Incentive Brands for Embroidered Apparel of various types. This contract includes Woven shirts, Polos and Knits, Fleece, Outerwear, and Sweatshirts. The available items, colors and sizes can be seen at sanmar.com

Please note that T-shirts, bags, caps and accessories are excluded from this contract, as are any items in included categories that do not have a published list price (e.g., “call for pricing”).

The contract also requires that all orders be produced in accordance with the City’s logo standards. The City’s Communications and Community Outreach department, formerly Marketing, is the final arbiter of permissible logo usage. The contractor is charged with bringing noncompliant requests to the attention of CCO for approval or resolution.
