Community Spanish Level II:  A Survival Guide for English Speakers

This program is a continuation of Community Spanish I. It is not necessary to have taken Command Spanish I to enroll in the class, if you have an understanding of materials covered in Command Spanish I. This includes understanding of personal pronoun declension, and simple verb conjugations in past, present and future tense for the word “to be.”

The focus is word, phrases and sentences used in work place communication. It also provides basic cultural information about Spanish-speaking groups in the hope of informing and educating English speakers about unique aspects of Latino culture.

Intended Audience: This is a beginner Level II conversation-based class. Instructor led. Twenty-four instruction hours.
