Don’t wait much longer to have your annual exam so you can be eligible for Connect4Health (C4H) premium incentives for benefit plan year 2022. Getting in to see your doctor may take a while, and with an August 31 deadline to meet requirements, it’s a good idea to schedule appointments now.
Independent studies confirm the wait time to see a physician has slowly increased over the last decade. In some areas, the wait can be 24 days or longer. At the core of the scheduling dilemma is a shortage of doctors and an increase in the number of people with health insurance.
If you haven’t completed the two requirements to save money on 2022 benefit costs, set your appointment NOW. Consider this a friendly C4H reminder. Earn your premium incentive by completing two things between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021:
You can also contact Village Health Partners to set your exam appointment.
The C4H premium incentive program applies to employees, spouses and domestic partners enrolled in the City’s medical plan as of January 1, 2021.
