It will only take 15 minutes out of your day to give your metabolism a boost and energize your whole body. Join Senior Wellness Coordinator Michelle Gifford for the last of February's Connect4Health programs!

Friday, February 26: Fitness Friday with Michelle G.
11:45 a.m.-12 p.m.
Michelle will lead you in a fun fitness Friday 15-minute virtual workout. This compact session is open to all fitness levels. You’ll need a towel, water bottle and sneakers. Register for class here.
