This 8-week program is designed to take you from 0 miles to finishing a 5K (3.1 miles) using the interval training method. The workout sessions safely add distance to the routine ensuring everyone remains healthy while having a great time training!

**The City of Plano will reimburse 50% of the cost to any employee who attends at least 6 of the 8 training sessions (Attending all 8 meeting is the goal, but life happens!)
