WebTPA is our new medical claims administrator. They administer the plan on the City’s behalf. Their role is to pay all of your claims, approve all of your medical procedures, etc.
Your healthcare providers need to contact WebTPA to confirm coverage, not Aetna. We are only using Aetna’s network of physicians and facilities.
To determine if your provider is in-network, please go to www.aetna.com/asa. If you cannot locate your provider, please contact HRBenefits@plano.gov for help. You should only reference Aetna to verify if your provider is in-network.
The WebTPA customer service line is open at 844-380-4552 and they can navigate you through any problems.
If you need additional cards (two were provided), you can print or request additional copies from the WebTPA portal www.webtpa.com/member-portal-login.
