Tune in Tuesdays with Some Time to Tune Out!

Skila Ramirez is back for the next several Tuesdays from 12 to 12:30 p.m. with guided meditations to improve optimal mind/body well-being. Connect4Health (C4H) invites you to join Time-out Tuesday Meditation, a whole-self betterment activity, over the next 8 weeks! June 8 is the last session in the series.

Connect4Health has designated 2021 as the “Year of You” and encourages you to take advantage of these free, virtual sessions with Skila! There are many benefits to meditation: 

  • Building stress management skills
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions 
  • Increasing imagination, creativity, patience and tolerance
