In a survey late last year, you answered questions about how our organization embodies the characteristics of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B). The intent was to “check our organizational pulse” with the understanding that this was merely a starting point in our journey toward a truly inclusive work environment.

As members of Team Plano, the word TEAM describes who we are. We are not just a group of individuals who happen to work together. Our organization is made up of uniquely talented and diverse people who strive daily to make a difference together. We belong to something bigger than ourselves.
