Finish the Mandatory Harassment Prevention Course by December 29

It is important all of Team Plano takes and passes the 2023 Compliance Course by the end of the year, preferably sooner.  This year’s training is the Percipio Harassment Prevention for Employees – State and Local Government Edition. We have until Friday, December 29 to take the course. 

City Manager Mark Israelson reiterates, “Prevention is the best tool to eliminate any form of harassment within Team Plano.” Policy 219, Harassment-free Workplace is the best mechanism to ensure that we address all forms of harassment promptly and effectively. There should be no mistreatment based on:

  • Race, color, or national origin
  • Religion
  • Sex, including sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Age
  • Disability

After taking this course, you will come away with a better sense of what harassment is and how it can be prevented.Harassment prevention list

Every employee is required to complete this mandatory course by Friday, December 29, 2023 with a minimum score of 80% correct answers.

How Do You Take the Course?

  • Log in to Percipio at https://sso.plano.gov;
  • Use your City of Plano username and password for network access
  • Click on the Percipio tile to see the course
